GSD (Corporate) Ltd is the proprietary owner of multiple Pre-determined Time Systems (PTS). Names and Trademarks are as follows:

GSD, GWD, PADS, PTM-X (MTM-X), PMT Core Data (MTM Core Data), GSD Enterprise, GSD Professional, GSD QUEST, QED, GSD VE (Virtual Environment), GSD SME (Standard Manufacturing Environment) & PTS4

All our PTS consist of Codes and Times which describe human motion at an elemental level and our software systems facilitate the creation and manipulation of higher level data through the application of our base PTS elements. The PTS Codes, Times and Software form an integral part of our IPR and Copyright.

We reserve, and will exercise, all rights in respect of any/all unauthorised use of our IPR or Trademarks, or breach of our Copyright, expressly including migration of GSD based data to alternative software systems and/or unauthorised provision of software, training or Practitioner Certification related to any/all of our PTS.
